Senior associate or mid-level associate role within a busy corporate lending team based in London, working on UK and cross-border finance matters. You will act for lenders and borrowers on syndicated and bilateral facilities, acquisition financings and cashflow-backed loans, and will collaborate with colleagues across multiple UK offices and the firm's international network.

The role is hybrid (minimum three days in office per week) and offers structured support through established precedents, know‑how resources and formal learning programmes. There are opportunities to contribute to business development and to gain exposure to related areas such as real estate and fund finance.

4–8 years' post-qualification experience in transactional banking at an international or national law firm.
Proven experience on club and syndicated lending transactions and familiarity with LMA-style documentation and intercreditor arrangements.
Strong technical knowledge of UK company, contract, insolvency and security law applicable to finance transactions.
Good communicator, collaborative team-player, with an interest in business development and legal technology to improve efficiency.
