Join our national Financial Services Disputes team in a hybrid working role, based at any of our UK locations. We are looking for a qualified disputes lawyer with 1–5 PQE to handle a varied contentious caseload for key financial services clients.

You will work alongside Legal Directors and Partners on some of the firm’s most complex disputes, supervise junior team members, and provide strategic commercial advice across a broad range of claims. The role also involves participating in business development activities and collaborating with colleagues nationwide.

Our Financial Services Disputes team is one of the largest in the UK, with over 150 people across multiple offices, and has been involved in numerous high-profile banking disputes, including cases before the Court of Appeal and Supreme Court in recent years.

A qualified disputes and litigation solicitor with 1–5 PQE, ideally at a large national or international firm. Experience in financial services disputes is preferred but not essential.
Excellent analytical, communication, and organisational skills.
Self-motivated, with the ability to manage workloads and deadlines autonomously.
Commercially aware, with enthusiasm for business development and understanding client business needs.
Ambitious and collaborative team player, able to support senior fee earners and contribute to a positive culture.
