Top-tier international firm is recruiting a 4–5 PQE Associate or Senior Associate to join its Financial Services & Funds team. The role is open to lawyers based in Australia and will support work across Sydney and Brisbane with regular collaboration across the firm's global network.

The team advises on a broad range of financial services regulatory and funds matters, including payments and fintech regulation, licensing, AML/CTF, exchange traded products, structured equities and derivatives, and financial markets and product disclosure. The role offers exposure to complex, cross-border matters and opportunities for secondees and professional development.

4–5 years PQE in financial services regulatory law (Australian market experience preferred)
Experience at a top-tier or leading international law firm preferred
Strong drafting, analytical and commercial judgment
Client-service focus with ability to build and manage client relationships
Ability to work effectively across offices and with international colleagues; proven mentoring and delegation skills
