Minimum 4 PQE in a leading law firm or equivalent private funds experience
Proven funds and investment management experience (GP and/or LP-side)
Strong drafting, negotiation and commercial advisory skills
Experience with fund and platform formations (closed‑ended and evergreen) and co‑investment structures
Client-facing, analytical and teamwork abilities; comfortable working across international teams
