An established real estate finance team is seeking transactional lawyers at Associate through Principal Associate level to join regional UK offices. You will work on a mix of domestic and cross-border lending matters for lenders and borrowers across a range of sectors, with emphasis on development financing and structured or syndicated facilities.

The role offers exposure to high-quality work acting alongside major banks, alternative lenders, funds and corporates, and close collaboration with real estate, corporate, tax and international teams. Candidates should expect a varied transactional pipeline and opportunities for cross-practice and international involvement.

The team is supportive and non-hierarchical, with expectations that lawyers contribute to business development, knowledge management and training as well as client delivery. The role is open to candidates based in any regional UK office outside London.

Qualified solicitor with transactional real estate finance experience
Strong knowledge of LMA-style documentation and syndicated/development financings
Experience advising lenders and/or borrowers on complex or cross-border transactions
Business development aptitude and willingness to contribute to marketing, training and knowledge management
Hospitality sector experience (hotels, F&B, travel & tourism) advantageous; senior hires should have supervisory/mentoring experience
