Join a nationally recognised professional and commercial risk team advising on a broad range of insurer-side matters. The role focuses on directors' and officers' (D&O) and other financial lines coverage work, with regular opportunities to work alongside specialists in related areas such as employment and regulatory/white‑collar matters.

You will manage a stimulating D&O and coverage caseload, engage directly with insurer clients, and contribute to the team’s continued growth. The role offers client-facing responsibility, collaborative work across practice groups, and scope to develop technical knowledge and business development skills.

At least 3 years' PQE, ideally gained in a specialist insurance practice or in-house at a financial‑lines insurer
Strong experience advising on insurance coverage under financial lines policies, including D&O/management liability
Excellent client‑handling and relationship skills; confident dealing with insurer clients
Skilled at drafting clear, well‑reasoned advice and reports on complex coverage issues
Self-sufficient and able to manage own files with commercial awareness
Secondment experience with a financial lines insurer would be beneficial
Team‑oriented, adaptable and committed to developing the practice
