Join a leading international corporate practice in Hong Kong advising public companies on securities and corporate matters. The role involves working on IPOs, listing rule issues, public-company M&A and other corporate finance transactions, supporting senior lawyers and liaising with regulators and stakeholders.

This is a hands-on position for a Hong Kong-qualified lawyer who will draft and review prospectuses, regulatory filings and due diligence reports, conduct legal research, and keep the team updated on regulatory developments.

Hong Kong-qualified lawyer with 2+ years post-qualification experience in corporate and securities law
Demonstrable experience on HK IPO transactions and advising on Listing Rules issues; public company M&A experience advantageous
Strong drafting, analytical and due-diligence skills
Fluent in English and Mandarin; Cantonese highly desirable
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-based environment
