Exciting opportunity to join a national real estate finance team: two regional roles open across multiple UK offices. You will work on a mix of domestic and cross-border lending matters acting for lenders and borrowers across sectors, with particular exposure to development finance.

The team works closely with real estate, corporate, tax and international specialists and is known for handling complex bilateral, syndicated and structured transactions. You will be part of a collaborative, non‑hierarchical group that values high-quality client service and commercial thinking.

There are strong opportunities to develop commercially through client work, business development activities and cross-practice secondments, with support for training, mentoring and flexible working arrangements.

Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) or equivalent UK qualification.
Demonstrable experience in real estate finance matters, including LMA-style lending documentation.
Comfortable advising lenders and borrowers on bilateral, syndicated and structured transactions; development finance experience advantageous.
At Senior/Principal level: experience supervising and coaching junior lawyers.
Strong commercial awareness, drafting and client-facing skills; willingness to support business development and knowledge-management activities.
Willingness to be based in a regional office outside London and work flexibly.
