Join a large, international tax practice based in Dublin, working on advisory and transactional matters across corporate, real estate, finance and funds. The role offers exposure to cross-border structuring and multi-jurisdictional projects, collaborating with a broad global tax team.

You will take a lead role on transactional tax work, support complex structuring and provide commercial tax advice to domestic and international clients. The position involves client-facing work, mentoring junior team members and contributing to thought leadership and business development.

3 years PQE (Associate) or 4+ years PQE (Senior Associate) in a tax practice or equivalent experience.
Experience on transactional tax matters — corporate (M&A/private equity), real estate, finance or funds, including drafting/negotiating tax provisions.
Strong technical tax knowledge, commercial awareness and ability to manage multiple matters to tight deadlines.
Ability to work collaboratively on cross-border matters and to contribute to business development and thought leadership; interest in further qualifications (e.g. CTA) desirable.
