Apply in confidence →Join a growing construction practice in Dublin handling a mix of non-contentious and contentious matters for developers, contractors, funders and public bodies. The role offers exposure to infrastructure, energy and projects work across buildings, civil engineering and process plant sectors.
You will be involved in drafting and negotiating construction and development documentation, supporting dispute avoidance and resolution (including adjudication, conciliation and litigation), and advising on procurement and project risk allocation. The team offers structured training, early client contact and clear progression pathways.
- Minimum 2 years' PQE in construction law or closely related projects work.
- Experience advising on construction contracts, consultant appointments, warranties and development agreements.
- Practical exposure to dispute management (adjudication/conciliation/litigation) and document administration on large matters.
- Strong drafting skills, commercial judgement and the ability to manage stakeholder relationships.
- Organised, resilient and keen to develop a long-term practice in construction and projects.
