Join a national workplace team advising on the full spectrum of employment law and industrial relations. The team acts for major public and private sector employers on strategic, commercial and operational workplace issues, including enterprise bargaining and dispute resolution.

This role offers exposure to complex employment matters, tribunal and court work, drafting of employment instruments and policies, and opportunities to contribute to business development and mentor junior lawyers. The team embraces innovation, including use of AI tools to improve efficiency and client service.

Admitted lawyer with 3+ years' post-admission experience in employment law
Experience at a leading law firm or within an in-house legal team for a large organisation/department
Eligible to work and practise law in Australia
Strong research, technical drafting and advisory skills; tribunal and court experience advantageous
Demonstrated client-relationship skills, resilience, initiative and ability to work autonomously; mentoring experience desirable
