Join a well-established workplace relations team in Melbourne within a national practice group. The team acts primarily for employers on a broad range of employment and industrial matters, including unfair dismissal, enterprise bargaining, industrial disputes, post-employment restraints, complex workplace investigations, sexual harassment and workplace health & safety.

This role offers hands-on advisory and advocacy work for national and listed clients across sectors such as health, professional services, construction, financial services, retail, technology and government. The team provides a supportive environment with clear development under senior practitioners and opportunities to contribute to thought leadership and client events.

  • Minimum 3 years post-admission experience in employment/workplace relations law.
  • Demonstrable experience advising employers on employment disputes, industrial relations, Fair Work Act compliance, enterprise bargaining, dismissal/discrimination claims, restraints and workplace investigations.
  • Strong drafting and advocacy skills, attention to detail, and commercial client-service focus.
  • Experience supervising and developing junior lawyers and contributing to business development (articles, client presentations).
