Associate — Sponsor Finance, San Francisco

Mid-level associate role in a nationally recognized finance practice, based in San Francisco. The team advises private equity sponsors, borrowers and lenders on acquisition financings, refinancings and other secured lending transactions.

• 3-6 years' transactional finance experience at a law firm (private equity sponsor-side and borrower-side experience preferred)
• Experience with secured lending, acquisition financings and refinancings; leveraged finance experience advantageous
• Strong drafting, oral communication and client-facing skills; collaborative team player
• Member in good standing of the State Bar of California
