A leading law firm's Debt Finance group is seeking a highly qualified junior associate to join its San Francisco office. The role focuses on representing private equity sponsors and/or banks and private credit lenders in connection with term and revolving loan facilities for leveraged buyouts, acquisition financings, and corporate growth.

The successful candidate will work with credit agreements and commitment papers and will draft and negotiate related collateral agreements and deliverables. Outstanding academic credentials
Comparable law firm experience in debt finance, ideally with private equity sponsor and/or lender representations
Experience working with credit agreements, commitment papers, and related collateral agreements and deliverables
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Relevant bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly)
