Financial Services Litigation Associate — Midlevel

Midlevel associate opportunity on a financial services litigation team, open to attorneys in New York or San Francisco. The role focuses on securities, financial-institution, and fintech disputes across federal and state courts, arbitration, and regulatory proceedings.

The associate will take substantive responsibility on active matters, working closely with senior litigators on drafting pleadings and motions, managing discovery, preparing witnesses, and supporting hearings and trials. The role offers direct client exposure, cross-practice collaboration, and mentorship within an expanding litigation practice.

• Minimum 3 years' litigation experience, ideally in securities and/or financial services disputes
• Strong writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills
• Experience managing day-to-day litigation tasks and interfacing with clients
• Admission to the New York or California bar (depending on chosen office); government agency experience is a plus
