Mid-Level Associate – Private Equity Debt Finance (San Francisco)

A leading law firm is seeking a highly qualified mid-level associate to join its Debt Finance group in San Francisco. This role focuses on representing private equity sponsors, banks, and private credit lenders in complex financing transactions.

The successful candidate will work on term and revolving loan facilities supporting leveraged buyouts, acquisition financings, and corporate growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting and negotiating commitment papers, credit agreements, and collateral documents.

• Mid-level associate with experience representing private equity sponsors and/or banks and private credit lenders
• Experience with term and revolving loan facilities for leveraged buyouts, acquisition financings, and corporate growth
• Proficiency in drafting and negotiating commitment papers, credit agreements, and collateral documents
• Outstanding academic credentials and comparable law firm experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Relevant bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly) required
