Associate — Structured Finance, Charlotte

Mid-level associate opportunity in a busy structured finance group based in the Charlotte office. The role focuses on lending, securitization and other structured/asset-backed transactions across a range of asset types.

Ideal candidates will have solid deal experience at a law firm and strong transactional drafting and closing skills. Position requires admission to the North Carolina State Bar. The employer is an equal opportunity employer and publishes associate salary disclosures.

• Minimum of 4 years' experience in structured finance, securitization, lending or closely related transactional finance work.
• Proven deal experience at a law firm handling structured/asset-backed financings and related documentation.
• Experience across multiple asset types and structures preferred.
• Admission to the North Carolina State Bar required.
