Mid-level associate role on a national structured finance team based in the Charlotte office. The position focuses on transactional work across securitizations, warehouse lending and other structured lending arrangements for financial institutions.

Ideal candidates will have solid deal experience (3–6 years PQE) at a law firm and familiarity with RMBS, CMBS, CLOs, repack securities and structured repurchase transactions. The team routinely represents domestic and international banks and other capital providers on both domestic and cross-border matters.

3–6 years post-qualification experience in structured finance, securitization or related finance practice at a law firm
Experience representing banks or other financial institutions on warehouse lending, securitizations, repurchase and related structured-finance transactions (RMBS, CMBS, CLOs, repacks)
Strong transactional drafting, negotiation and client-facing skills
Admission to the North Carolina State Bar
