Global practice seeks a junior to mid-level associate to join its Structured Finance and Derivatives team. The role is open across multiple offices and will involve advising on a range of structured products, securitisations, repo and derivatives transactions for institutional clients.

Day-to-day work includes drafting and negotiating transactional documentation, supporting cross-border financings and derivatives trades, and coordinating with capital markets, tax and regulatory teams. The position offers exposure to high-value, complex financings and active collaboration with senior lawyers.

Ideal for candidates who want to develop technical documentation skills in a market-facing finance practice and who are comfortable working on multi-jurisdictional matters.

Qualified solicitor/attorney in at least one major jurisdiction (or imminent qualification)
Junior to mid-level associate experience in structured finance, securitisation or derivatives documentation
Strong drafting and negotiating skills on ISDA, security, trust and related financing documents
Good understanding of relevant regulatory and capital markets issues
Ability to work collaboratively on cross-border teams and manage client-facing responsibilities
