We are seeking newly qualified associates to join a leading London structured finance team. The role focuses on securitisations, asset-backed lending and collateralised loan obligations (CLOs), working on both traditional and more bespoke transactions.

The team acts for a broad range of market participants, including issuers, banks, investors, funds and liquidity providers, and provides cross-border advice on the commercial, insolvency and tax issues that arise on complex deals. The role offers exposure to a variety of asset classes and high-profile cross-jurisdictional transactions.

Newly qualified solicitor (England & Wales) or equivalent qualification
Interest or experience in securitisation, CLOs, asset-backed financing or related structured finance transactions
Strong drafting and transactional skills, with attention to commercial and credit issues
Ability to work as part of a global team on cross-border matters and manage multiple priorities
