Associate, Structured Finance — New York

Mid-level associate opportunity in a New York structured finance team focused on esoteric assets and securitization. The role involves execution of structured financings and lending transactions across a range of asset types, working with a market-facing finance practice.

The team seeks candidates with solid transactional experience who can contribute on deal execution, documentation and client counseling. This is a New York-based position; all applicants must be admitted to the New York State Bar.

• Minimum 4 years post-qualification structured finance experience (securitization, lending or similar)
• Demonstrable deal experience in structured finance transactions and related documentation
• Admission to the New York State Bar
• Comfort working across a variety of asset types and complex finance structures; strong drafting and commercial judgment
