Associate — Structured & Specialty Finance, New York

Top-tier finance team seeking an associate to join its structured and specialty finance group in New York. The role focuses on secured balance-sheet financings, asset-backed and receivables financings, and related securities work.

Work will include drafting and negotiating credit agreements, pledge and security documents, indentures and note purchase agreements, and disclosure materials. Candidates with experience on borrower-side, lender-side, or both are encouraged to apply. Esoteric asset-class experience is a plus.

• JD (class of 2018–2022) or equivalent
• Experience at a peer law firm in structured finance, asset-backed or receivables financing
• Familiarity drafting and negotiating credit agreements, pledge/security agreements and other secured-financing documentation
• Bond and capital-markets experience (indentures, note purchase agreements, disclosure documents)
