Established international funds finance team is hiring an Associate or Supervising Associate to join its UK practice. The role can be based in the London or Bristol office and sits in a market-leading team advising lenders, alternative financiers and fund sponsors across capital call, NAV, hybrid, GP/co-invest and asset-backed facilities.

The successful candidate will work on cross-border financings and complex fund structures, collaborating with colleagues across finance and funds disciplines. The team prides itself on technical excellence, commercial advising and a collegiate environment with opportunities for business development and client-facing work.

1–5 years PQE in funds/finance work at an international or leading regional firm
Practical experience with capital call, NAV, hybrid, GP/co-invest and/or asset-backed facilities
Familiarity with fund structures and partnership documentation
Strong drafting skills, commercial judgment and client focus
Comfortable working in a collaborative team and supporting business development activities
