The practice acts for corporate and financial clients on complex, often cross-border mandates and has a strong international network.

The role offers exposure to public and private M&A, debt and equity financings, real estate transactions, tax disputes and multi-jurisdictional advisory work. There are opportunities for international secondments and to contribute to thought leadership and knowledge initiatives.

Qualified solicitor or barrister in England & Wales
Strong technical tax skills with commercial awareness
Experience across corporate tax, real estate tax or tax disputes (or demonstrable interest in these areas)
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to manage significant responsibility and a busy workload
Team player with a client-service mindset
Willingness to contribute to business development and knowledge management
Right to work in the UK
