Leading national tax team seeks associates to join its Dallas office. The role focuses on tax aspects of real estate matters, including work involving REIT structures and related transactions.

Successful candidates will handle substantive tax research and drafting, support senior lawyers on complex and novel tax issues, and contribute to client-focused solutions across real estate engagements.

• J.D. (law school class of 2022 or later)
• Strong technical tax research and writing abilities
• Experience or demonstrated interest in real estate tax matters, including REITs
• Outstanding written and oral communication, analytical skills, and strong academic record
