Associate, Tax (Real Estate) — Dallas

Seeking associates (law school class years 2022 and above) to join a growing tax group in the Dallas office of a leading international law firm. The role focuses on tax work with a strong real estate emphasis, including REIT-related matters.

Successful candidates will work on technically complex tax matters, conduct detailed research, and produce clear written and oral advice. The team values creative problem-solving on novel issues and offers exposure to high-quality, sophisticated transactions and planning.
