Associate, Tax (Real Estate) — Los Angeles

Top-rated law firm seeks associates (law school class of 2022 and later) to join a growing tax practice with a strong real estate focus. The role will involve substantive tax research and drafting on real estate matters, including REIT-related work, across transactional and advisory matters.

Successful candidates will work on complex, often novel tax problems alongside experienced practitioners and will be expected to produce high-quality written work, participate in client-facing matters, and contribute to team-based solutions.
