Associate, Tax (Real Estate) — New York

Growing tax team in New York is seeking associates to work on real estate-related tax matters, including REITs. Candidates will contribute to technical tax research, transactional support, and client-facing work across a range of real estate matters.

Ideal candidates will have strong academic credentials, excellent writing and oral communication skills, and a demonstrated ability to analyze and solve novel tax issues creatively.

• Law school class year 2022 or later
• Background or demonstrable interest in real estate tax matters, including REITs
• Strong legal research and technical tax knowledge
• Excellent writing, oral communication, and analytical skills; ability to think creatively on complex issues
