Associate — Tax (Real Estate / REIT) — Houston

Growing tax team in Houston is seeking associates (law school class of 2022 and later) to work on real estate-focused tax matters, including REIT-related work. The group handles transactional and structuring assignments where technical tax analysis and creative problem-solving are required.

Successful candidates will have strong tax research and writing skills, excellent academic credentials, and a demonstrated interest or experience in real estate tax. The role offers substantive responsibility on complex, cross-disciplinary matters within a busy practice.
