Real Estate Attorney — Real Estate, Houston

Seeking an experienced real estate attorney to join a nationally recognized real estate practice in the Houston office. This is a partnership-track opportunity within a large, collaborative team handling high-value, sophisticated real estate transactions on a national scale.

Work will include real estate financings, acquisitions and dispositions, development projects, leasing and joint ventures across asset classes such as data center, industrial, multifamily, office and hospitality. The role offers substantive transactional responsibility and exposure to complex, cross-office matters in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

• 4–6 years of real estate transactional experience (PQE)
• Experience with leasing, joint ventures, financings, acquisitions and dispositions
• Strong academics, excellent writing and organizational skills
• Team-oriented mindset and ability to handle substantive deal work
• Texas bar membership preferred; must be admitted within one year of start
