Real Estate Associate — Houston

Mid-level to senior real estate associates are sought for a prominent national practice based in Houston. You will work on a mix of mortgage and mezzanine debt matters, joint-venture equity transactions, acquisitions and dispositions, and development projects.

The team values mentorship, professional growth and a collaborative culture. Strong transactional lawyers from outside traditional real estate practice areas who can demonstrate relevant skills will also be considered.

• Mid-level to senior associate with significant transactional experience
• Experience in one or more of: mortgage/mezzanine debt (lender or borrower side), joint-venture equity, acquisitions/dispositions, or development
• Strong drafting, deal execution and negotiation skills on real estate transactions
• Interest in mentorship, professional development and collaborative team work; open to candidates with non-real-estate transactional backgrounds with transferable experience
