A corporate tax associate role within a highly ranked UK tax practice. The team advises on the full range of corporate tax matters, including transactional support for buy/sell and reorganisations, VAT, international tax, tax disputes and tax-efficient venture capital investments and share incentive arrangements.

The role is fee-earning and client-facing, contributing to deal work, drafting and negotiating tax documents and supporting applications to HMRC where required. You will work closely with colleagues across the firm to deliver pragmatic, commercially focused advice.

2-5 years post-qualification tax experience (PQE)
Strong corporate tax knowledge, including transactional tax, share schemes and tax-efficient investment matters
Excellent oral and written communication and client-facing skills
Ability to manage a busy workload, prioritise under pressure and work independently and in teams
Attention to accuracy and comfort with document drafting and reviews; confident MS Office user
