Growing technology practice seeking a mid-level associate to join a national transactional team focusing on blockchain, cryptocurrency and technology deals. The role will support complex commercial and technology transactions, with opportunities to work across corporate and M&A-style matters in the crypto sector.

This position is open to candidates for placement in multiple U.S. offices (including Dallas, Los Angeles or New York). The team values collaboration, professional development, and a supportive culture while delivering high‑quality, client-facing work.

Expect hands-on drafting and negotiation of commercial agreements, advising on blockchain/crypto issues, and working with cross-functional teams on novel technology transactions.

Approximately 6 years' post-qualification experience in technology transactions, commercial contracting or related corporate work.
Substantive experience with cryptocurrency/blockchain matters; deep crypto knowledge required.
Bar admission in the jurisdiction where the candidate will practice.
Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills; comfort using AI legal tools.
Client-focused, detail-oriented, able to work to tight deadlines and handle confidential matters.
