Associate to Counsel — Global Project, Energy & Infrastructure Finance

Seeking multiple finance-focused lawyers to join a leading international law firm's Global Projects, Energy & Infrastructure practice. Roles are open in New York and Washington, D.C., and will sit on project finance, energy, natural resources and infrastructure matters with cross-border and domestic components.

The team handles financings and related transactional work, including energy and infrastructure projects and private equity-backed transactions. Candidates will work closely with senior partners and deal teams on complex financing matters across the sector.

• Class of 2023 and above with 2+ years of finance experience
• Experience in project finance, energy, infrastructure or related private equity transactions preferred
• Strong academic credentials; prior experience at a top-tier firm (U.S. or overseas) preferred
