Associate to Counsel, Global Projects, Energy & Infrastructure Finance

Hiring multiple junior through senior finance lawyers for a US-focused Global Projects, Energy & Infrastructure practice. Roles are available in New York and Washington, D.C., supporting project finance and infrastructure transactions across the energy and natural resources sectors.

Assigned work will include financing and transactional matters within the projects and infrastructure space; candidates should be comfortable working on cross-border and domestic financings as part of a global team.

• At least 2 years' finance-focused legal experience (class of 2023 and above welcome).
• Preferable experience in project finance, energy, natural resources, infrastructure and/or related private equity work.
• Strong academic credentials and prior experience at a top-tier U.S. or international firm preferred.
