Join a national commercial team advising family-owned and corporate agribusiness clients on succession, structuring, estate planning and related commercial matters. The role offers a mix of transactional and litigious work, including estate administration and estate litigation, with exposure to repeat clients and complex multi-generational matters.

You will work closely with an experienced partner and a collaborative Brisbane team that emphasises mentoring, professional development and genuine career progression. The group supports lawyers who wish to build a specialty in agribusiness, succession planning, asset protection or related commercial structuring.

The practice operates flexibly within a supportive national network, offering varied matter types, close client contact and opportunities to take on increased responsibility.

Minimum ~3 years post-qualification legal experience, preferably from a reputable firm with strong front-end transactional experience.
Experience in agribusiness-related matters, succession/estate planning, estate administration or estate litigation (or strong interest to develop in these areas).
Excellent drafting skills, commercial judgement and the ability to manage client relationships independently.
Strong interpersonal skills and confidence mentoring junior team members.
