The firm offers a competitive compensation package and benefits; posted salary range for this role is $225,000–$255,000 per year.

3–4 years of transactional experience handling venture capital or early-stage financings
Proven experience drafting and negotiating term sheets, stock purchase agreements, and convertible instruments (SAFEs, convertible notes)
Familiarity with NVCA-style documents, securities compliance, corporate governance, and equity-compensation arrangements (options, RSUs, ESPPs)
Comfort using cap-table and equity-management tools (e.g., Carta) and supporting diligence processes
Law degree and active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to become admitted
