Avocat – Droit Public

We are seeking a lawyer with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our public law team in Paris, focusing on energy and infrastructure matters.

About the practice:

• Advises public and private entities, as well as financial institutions, across all areas of public law, particularly in infrastructure and energy sectors.
• Handles both advisory and contentious matters, including contract structuring (concessions, public procurement, partnership contracts) and complex regulatory issues (transport, energy, telecommunications).
• Works on major infrastructure projects (highways, airports, railways, stadiums) and renewable and nuclear energy developments.

Your responsibilities:

You will join a team of specialized lawyers and continue to develop expertise across all aspects of public law and energy law. You will work on a diverse range of files mixing contractual, regulatory, litigation, and transactional issues. You will be an integrated member of the team and will collaborate with other teams in our Paris office and with our offices worldwide.

Your profile:

• Lawyer admitted to the bar in France with 3 to 5 years of experience.
• Interest in working across the various areas covered by our public law team in Paris.
• Strong academic background with an advanced degree (Master) specialized in public law.
• Significant training and professional experience in public business law.
• Excellent drafting skills; proficiency in French and English.
