Junior Associate – Digital Law & Intellectual Property

We are a leading French business law firm. Our Digital Law & Intellectual Property department is growing and advises a broad range of clients across all aspects of digital and IP law, both in advisory and litigation, working cross-functionally with the firm’s other practice areas.

• Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing complex IT and IP contracts;
• Preparing legal opinions and analyses on digital law and intellectual property issues;
• Supporting litigation strategies and drafting pleadings in digital law matters (GDPR, digital criminal law, AI Act), platform law, and IP;
• Advising companies on transformation, reorganization, and carve-out projects involving IT, IP, and data issues, including structuring and securing outsourcing arrangements and managing intangible assets;
• Structuring strategic projects involving intangible assets;
• Participating in IT, IP, and data due diligence in M&A transactions and negotiating related transactional documentation;
• Conducting legal research, monitoring regulatory developments, publishing articles, and contributing to training sessions.
