Leading national law firm is seeking a civil litigation attorney to join its Pittsburgh insurance practice focusing on bad faith and coverage litigation. The role centers on defending and litigating first-party property claims, UM/UIM matters, coverage disputes and related claims involving insurance agents and brokers in state and federal court.

This is a hands-on litigation role with opportunities for courtroom appearances, depositions and trial work. The team values collaborative attorneys with strong writing, advocacy and client-facing skills and offers structured professional development within a national platform.

Minimum 3 years of civil litigation experience, ideally with insurance coverage and bad-faith matters
Experience handling first-party property claims, UM/UIM claims, coverage disputes and claims involving agents/brokers
Admission to practice in Pennsylvania required; New Jersey admission a plus
Comfortable with in-person court appearances and hearings; trial experience preferred
Strong litigation drafting, oral advocacy and teamwork skills
