Leading London banking team is seeking an Associate (3-4 PQE) to join a busy, growing finance practice. The role offers exposure to a broad range of lending work, with a strong emphasis on real estate finance alongside corporate and private client financings.

The post-holder will draft bespoke financing documents, review loan documentation, act as a day-to-day client contact, and help project-manage transactions from the banking side. The team is compact, offers close partner contact and clear development opportunities.

This is a full‑time, permanent role with a hybrid working pattern based in central London.

Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with approximately 3-4 years PQE in banking/finance work
Solid experience on real estate finance and other lending transactions, including drafting and negotiating financing agreements
Comfortable acting as day-to-day client contact and project-managing deals
Commercial judgment, strong drafting and analytical skills, and effective client relationship abilities
