Apply in confidence →Seeking a mid-level associate to relocate to Charlotte and join a busy Banking & Finance practice. The role focuses on secured commercial lending matters across a range of transactions.
Work will include syndicated and bilateral bank financings, asset-based and asset-backed structures, NAV financings, acquisition financings and commodity financings. The team advises lenders and borrowers on complex financing arrangements.
- 4-6 years' post-qualification experience in banking/finance transactions
- Demonstrable experience with secured commercial lending, syndicated and bilateral financings
- Experience with asset-based/asset-backed finance, NAV or acquisition financings preferred
- Strong academic record and prior law firm or in-house finance experience
