The role focuses on secured lending and structured finance matters, supporting syndicated and bilateral bank financings as well as asset-backed and specialty financings.
Ideal candidates will have hands-on transactional experience, strong drafting and client-facing skills, and a desire to join a collaborative finance team in a growing regional hub. Relocation assistance or support will be discussed during hiring.
- 4-6 years post-qualification finance experience
- Experience with secured commercial lending, including syndicated and bilateral financings
- Familiarity with asset-based lending, NAV financings, acquisition financings or commodity financings
- Excellent academic record and prior law firm or in-house transactional experience
- Strong drafting, negotiation and client communication skills
