Banking & Finance Associate London

Senior-level associate role in a busy banking & finance team based in London. The team advises on a broad range of UK and cross-border financing matters for banks, sponsors and corporate borrowers across syndicated, acquisition and secured finance.

The role offers high-quality deal exposure, regular client contact and collaboration with colleagues across international offices. The team is looking for an experienced practitioner who can contribute technically and help manage transactions from execution through to completion.

• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales or equivalent jurisdictional qualification.
• Several years' post-qualification experience in banking & finance at a major law firm or similar experience in practice.
• Proven experience on syndicated lending, acquisition finance and/or secured lending transactions.
• Strong drafting, commercial judgement and the ability to manage clients and workstreams on complex transactions.
