Senior partner-level opportunity in a busy New York bankruptcy and restructuring practice. The role focuses on chapter 11 restructurings, creditor and debtor-side representation, and complex in-court restructurings across industries.

The team handles high‑value, multi‑stakeholder matters and seeks an experienced partner to expand and lead parts of the practice. The role offers leadership responsibility, client development, and collaboration with cross‑office practice groups.

• Established partner with substantial bankruptcy and restructuring experience (chapter 11 and related proceedings)
• Proven track record of leading complex reorganizations and litigation in bankruptcy court
• Active admission in New York (or willingness to obtain admission) and strong academic and professional references
• Portable client relationships or demonstrable origination and business development ability desirable
