Senior restructuring partner role within a national practice based in New York. The hire will lead creditor- and debtor-side engagements, advise on in-court and out-of-court restructurings, and work with a cross-disciplinary team on complex financings and workouts.

The firm is seeking an experienced partner with an established portable practice who can generate and manage high-value client relationships, mentor junior lawyers, and help grow the restructuring franchise in the region.

Proven partner-level restructuring experience (in-court and out-of-court matters)
Track record of client origination and relationship management; portable book of business preferred
Experience leading deal teams and supervising associates
New York bar admission or eligibility
