Partner, Insurance Restructuring — New York

Senior partner hire for a dedicated creditor-side insurance restructuring practice in New York. The role focuses on leading complex insurance insolvency and restructuring matters, advising creditors and other stakeholders across contested and negotiated restructurings.

The team seeks a partner with an established portable practice who can originate and manage client relationships, lead engagements, and mentor junior lawyers. The position offers responsibility for business development and a senior role on high-profile restructuring matters.

• Proven partner-level experience advising creditors in insurance insolvency/restructuring matters.
• Portable practice / demonstrable client origination and a track record of bringing business.
• Strong leadership and team management skills; experience supervising associates and senior counsel.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation and courtroom/commercial litigation skills relevant to restructuring disputes.
• Bar admission in New York (or ability to obtain) and relevant industry reputation.
