This is a business-building opportunity for an experienced partner with a portable practice who can originate work and supervise a team on contested insolvency matters. The group offers national litigation resources and a platform to expand a client base in the Bay Area.

• Established partner with a track record in bankruptcy, restructuring and insolvency litigation.
• Proven ability to originate and develop portable client relationships / book of business.
• Experience leading contested matters and managing teams through complex restructurings.
