Experienced bankruptcy litigation attorney opportunity with a national full‑service firm. This is a non‑partnership-track staff attorney role focused on creditors' rights and bankruptcy litigation, offered on a full‑ or part‑time basis with flexible, primarily remote working arrangements.

The role suits seasoned litigators seeking autonomy and a reduced‑hours schedule while continuing to handle complex creditor/debtor disputes and related contested matters. Preference will be given to candidates based in California to facilitate occasional in‑person collaboration.

• 10+ years of post‑qualification experience in bankruptcy and litigation (creditors' rights emphasis)
• Strong experience litigating in bankruptcy courts and handling contested creditor matters
• Admission to and in good standing with the California bar
• Comfort working independently with minimal supervision and managing competing priorities in a flexible/remote setup
