The associate will manage and execute immigration casework with increasing independence, advise on complex technical issues, prepare filings, and support client-facing teams. The position includes supervisory responsibilities for junior staff, opportunities to contribute to process improvements, and involvement in business development and client relationship activities.

U.S. JD or LLM
Member of a U.S. state bar or D.C. bar
3–5 years' post-qualification experience in business immigration
Strong working knowledge of U.S. immigration law and practice
Prior team management or supervisory experience preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication, strong attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities
